Delicate Gentle Cycle

Cold Water

Do Not Bleach

Do Not Dry in Machine

Line Dry

Do Not Iron

Notes

Washing: Always sort your linens by fiber (cotton, linen, silk, wool) and colors (whites, light colors, dark colors). Never over-fill the washer drum, remove laundry immediately after wash cycle is complete and shake to minimize wrinkles. Use neutral, liquid, biodegradable detergent. Avoid powdered detergent or make sure it is fully dissolved in water before water touches fabric. With all detergents less is better as too much detergent can leave a soap residue that will remain in fabric fibers. Avoid using detergents containing whiteners, bleach or optical brighteners.

Softeners: Never use liquid or sheet softeners as these products remain on the fabric fibers and break down fibers after time.

Drying: Remove your linens from the dryer promptly while still damp to reduce wrinkles.

Ironing: Iron linens while still slightly damp on the reverse side of the fabric. Iron appliqué on the reverse side atop a towel to preserve the three-dimensional effect of the appliqué.
