Private Jet & Aircraft Cabin Bedding — Custom Made
Satori Fine Linens produces precision-cut bedding for private aircraft cabins. From Boeing Business Jets to Gulfstream and Airbus ACJ configurations, we manufacture sheets, duvets, and pillowcases to the exact dimensions of any aircraft interior.
Why Private Aircraft Require Specialty Bedding
Aircraft cabin bedding is among the most demanding custom linen work we do. Berth dimensions on private jets bear no resemblance to standard mattress sizes. Widths are narrow, lengths vary by aircraft type, and the berth surface is often shaped around structural elements of the fuselage. Standard retail bedding does not fit, does not stay in place, and does not meet the presentation standard expected in VVIP cabins.
We produce aircraft bedding to the millimeter. Fitted sheets are cut to the exact berth surface, with corners and edges that account for the specific geometry of each aircraft type. Duvet covers and flat sheets are sized for clean presentation in the confined space of a cabin berth, without excess fabric that bunches or overhangs.
Aircraft Types We Service
Boeing Business Jet (BBJ)
BBJ 737, 777, and 787 configurations vary significantly in stateroom layout. We produce full linen programs for BBJ staterooms including fitted sheets, flat sheets, duvet covers, pillow shams, decorative pillows, and matching bath linens for the en-suite.
Airbus ACJ
ACJ318, ACJ319, ACJ320, and ACJ330 cabins each present different berth configurations. We work from cabin drawings or on-site measurements to produce linens that fit precisely within the installed bedding system.
Gulfstream, Bombardier, and Dassault
Long-range business jets including the Gulfstream G650, G700, Bombardier Global 7500, and Dassault Falcon 8X feature increasingly spacious cabin berths. We produce fitted and flat sheet sets, lightweight duvets appropriate for cabin climate control systems, and coordinating pillowcases and shams.
Ultra-Long-Range and Head-of-State Aircraft
We have experience producing linen programs for head-of-state and VVIP aircraft where presentation, embroidery quality, and material specification are held to the highest standard. Custom crests, national emblems, and bespoke embroidery are available.

Working With Us on Aircraft Programs
Aircraft linen programs typically begin with a measurement package. For aircraft based in South Florida, we arrange on-site measurement. For aircraft elsewhere, we provide a detailed measurement guide that completion team or interior management can fill out.
We work with aircraft management companies, completion centers, interior design firms, and directly with aircraft owners and flight departments. All specifications are held on file for seamless reorder when sets need replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions — Aircraft Linens
Can you make bedding for any private jet configuration?
Yes. We produce bedding for any aircraft type provided we have accurate measurements of the berth surface. We have produced linens for BBJ, ACJ, Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault, and other configurations.
What fabric is appropriate for aircraft cabin bedding?
We recommend lightweight percale or sateen in 300-400 thread count for aircraft applications. These fabrics are breathable, pack and store compactly, and hold up well to the dry cabin environment. We source all base fabrics from Italian mills.
How quickly can you produce a replacement set?
Because we hold all specifications on file after the initial order, replacement sets are produced without a new measurement or design phase. Contact us at 954-604-6012 to discuss your timeline and we will provide a realistic production schedule.
